Our Story
Synavo was founded with a clear conviction: that the UK's building stock holds enormous untapped potential for energy improvement, but realising that potential requires more than compliance-driven box-ticking. It requires genuine expertise, strategic thinking, and a commitment to quality.
Our founders came from backgrounds in building physics, environmental consultancy, and property management. They saw first-hand how fragmented the energy assessment market had become — with too many providers focused on volume and too few focused on outcomes. Synavo was established to be different.
Today, we work with housing associations, local authorities, commercial landlords, and private homeowners across the UK. From individual EPC surveys to portfolio-wide decarbonisation strategies, we bring the same rigour and care to every project.
